Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity occurring under your account.
Free Trial
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial starting immediately after account creation. No payment method is required. After the trial expires, premium features require a one-time purchase.
Purchases
Premium access is unlocked through a one-time payment processed securely by Dodo Payments. Price updates do not affect active purchases.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. Payment disputes should first be directed to us before initiating chargebacks.
License Grant & Restrictions
Purchasing the application grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software. You may not:
- Redistribute the software
- Resell the software
- Reverse engineer the software
- Remove copyright notices
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Attempt unauthorized access to our services
- Abuse or exploit the service
- Circumvent authentication or payment systems
- Use automated methods to interfere with the service
- Violate applicable laws
Availability & Intellectual Property
We strive to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change, be updated, or be discontinued. All software, artwork, branding, and content remain the property of Okipi unless otherwise stated.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the application.
Termination & Governing Law
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the application at any time. These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
