Refund Eligibility
If you purchase the lifetime license and experience technical issues, crashes, or compatibility difficulties that prevent you from using the application, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please send an email to support@hiokipi.com with:
- Your account email address
- Your Dodo Payments payment receipt or transaction details
- A brief description of the issue you experienced
Processing Time
Once approved, your refund will be processed securely through Dodo Payments and credited back to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, this may take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
